DESCRIPTION
Spelt is an old type of wheat. Spelt grains ripen in thick shells, protecting them from contamination. Spelt can be ground to obtain whole grain spelt flour suitable for baking bread and cakes. Cooked and mixed spelt is a great base for chops and pastes.

PREPARATION METHOD
Cook soaked for several hours and rinsed spelt in fresh, salted water in a ratio of 1: 3 (1 portion of spelt for 3 portions of water) approx. 90 min.
