Organic spelt groats obtained from dehulled spelt grains. It has a mild taste, is extremely nutritious and gives a feeling of satiety for a long time. We recommend it as a base for a warm breakfast, lunch or dinner, sweet or savory, and for thickening soups and stews.

PREPARATION METHOD
Boil the previously soaked groats in salted water in a 1: 2 ratio (1 portion of groats for 2 portions of water) on low heat for about 25 minutes.
