Salt Bocheńska has a high content of ions: cations and anions. These are sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron and manganese cations as well as chloride, iodide, bromide and fluoride anions. Salco's salt is a natural concentrate of minerals that has a positive effect on the body.
The raw material comes from a unique deposit of concentrated Miocene iodine-bromine brines. Production is carried out in compliance with the standards for the production of medicinal products. Extracting these brines is a 40-year tradition.
The warm brine bath prepared on the basis of our salt works both on the skin and mucous membranes and indirectly on the whole body. The right temperature and brine concentration cause the epidermis to soften, enabling the absorption of minerals. By clearing sweat glands, they excrete metabolic products. The brine bath stimulates biochemical processes during and for a long time after the procedure. Positively affects the strengthening of the body and can accelerate recovery after exercise. Preparation of the bath:
Recovery after exercise: Preferably after intensive training or competition (1-2 kg per 100 liters of water).

Body support: Use two to three times a week, especially during periods of fatigue or reduced immunity. (1 kg per 100 liters of water).
Pour salt in a quantity of 1-2 kg into a bathtub with water, mix until completely dissolved. Bath time minimum 20 minutes.

If possible, do not rinse the body. The so-called "Salt coat" is a desirable external stimulus, extending the positive effect of brine. A small amount of solid impurities results from the natural origin of the raw material and the corrugated process of boiling salt.
