Southernwood herb 50g Flos

The infusion of the southernwood herb improves the digestive processes. The herb is used in the case of flatulence, excessive belching or lack of appetite. The decoction can also be used externally to wash damaged epidermis.

INGREDIENTS
100% dried, ground southernwood herb
Artemisia abrotanum L.

APPLICATION
Pour 1 tablespoon of herb with 1 cup of boiling water and leave, covered, for 15-20 minutes. Set aside for 10 minutes and strain.
Drink 1/4 or 1/3 cup 3-4 times a day 30 minutes before eating.
3g of mugwort herb (1 tablespoon of the product) is the recommended daily dose. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Dietary supplements should be stored out of reach of small children.
