Application:
Soy flour is used for making, among others, bread, pasta, cereals, cakes, cookies. It has strong binding properties, therefore it thickens soups and sauces. It is also used to make milk and soy pastes. In vegetarian cuisine, it is a substitute for a chicken egg.
