Hawaiian Spirulina Pacifica® is an algae derived from the clear waters of the Pacifiku Kailua-Kona Basin in Hawaii, USA. Kailua Kona has the best climatic and environmental conditions in the world for the production of spirulina.

Spirulina Pacifica® comes from one of the oldest spirulina cultures in the world, owned by Cyanotech Corporation and is one of the most valuable compared to spirulina from other world cultures (it has a much higher content of key nutrients).

For breeding, Cyanotech does not use chemicals - pesticides, herbicides, and the drying and tabletting process is patented and takes place without any loss of nutrients (the process takes place at low temperatures and lack of oxygen).
