Sunflower lecithin is produced from the highest quality sunflower seeds. It has the form of a powder with a slightly yellow or dark straw color. It is not genetically modified (NON GMO).
Lecithin is a complex fat (from the group of phospholipids). The product does not contain genetically modified organisms, substances causing allergies and ingredients of animal origin. No ionizing radiation is used in the production process. Lecithin has properties that can extend the shelf life. It is also often used as an emulsifier.
