Vitamin D is formed in the skin under the influence of sunlight. The ability to produce vitamin through the skin also decreases with age, which can lead to a decrease in calcium absorption, which is important for bone and muscle function (vitamin D is involved in calcium absorption). People with breakfast and a dark complexion need much more sun to produce vitamin D in the skin.
The product is suitable for vegetarians - unlike other products with vitamin D3, this vitamin D3 contained in the product is obtained from sheep wool lanolin (extracted by means of UV radiation).
