Organic light spelt porridge is obtained from hulled spelt grains. We recommend it as an ingredient in puddings, leguminous, for thickening soups and sauces, as well as for the preparation of milk porridge with fruit.

PREPARATION METHOD
A method of preparing porridge with milk: boil 1/2 l of milk, pour 3 tablespoons of porridge into the boiling milk. Cook for about 15 minutes. stirring occasionally.
