DESCRIPTION
Organic wholemeal spelt porridge is obtained from whole grain spelt. We recommend as a pudding ingredient, leguminum, for thickening soups and sauces, as well as for preparing porridges on milk with fruit.

METHOD OF PREPARING porridges on milk:
boil 1/2 l of milk, pour 3 tablespoons of porridge into the boiling milk. Cook for about 15 minutes. stirring occasionally.
