Tapioca is made from cassava - a plant that is mainly associated with South American countries. It is also very popular in Asia, where it is used to prepare Bubble Tea. In European cuisine, tapioca pearls are most often used in desserts.
Tapioca is one of those food products that has gained popularity as a result of greater interest in healthy cuisine, as well as in response to diseases of civilization and the increasingly frequent food intolerances. These tiny granules are not only gluten-free and completely hypoallergenic, but also easy to digest - gentle on the stomach and intestines.
Tapioca granules consist of approximately 90% carbohydrate and traces of protein and fat. Thanks to this composition, tapioca will be a good choice every day, as well as in the case of food ailments, diseases or allergies.

A METHOD OF PREPARING
Rinse the tapioca, soak it in milk for about 20 minutes. Then cook in the same liquid until tender (about 40 minutes) over very low heat, stirring constantly.

The plant also packs: sesame, almonds, gluten-containing products, and various nuts. Despite the best efforts, the presence of these raw materials in the product cannot be 100% ruled out.
