The product contains tocotrienols in the patented DeltaGold® form obtained from arnotica (annatto). The raw material is produced from natural sources in the United States in a GMP standard production facility that is accredited by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The preparation consists only of active ingredients without artificial additives and fillers.
Scientists have shown that the benefits of tocotrienols can be offset by the presence of tocopherols. The maximum content was set at 15% and the minimum content of desmethyl-tocotrienol (Delta + Gamma) is a minimum of 60%. Unlike other raw materials (e.g. obtained from palm oil and rice), tocotrienols obtained from annatto contain only the most active Delta and Gamma tocopherols (in a minimum amount of 84% and 8%), and do not contain tocopherols.
Gamma and Delta tocotrienols have a shorter molecular tail, which is why they easily penetrate cell membranes, and thus show excellent absorbability. The antioxidant potential of tocotrienols is much higher than that of tocopherols. They support the maintenance of cholesterol at an optimal level, and also promote the proper functioning of the circulatory system.
Tocotrienols have strong antioxidant activity. This means that they affect the removal of free radicals and protect the cells of the whole body. Such action has a positive effect on the proper functioning of organs and may affect the slowdown of the body's aging processes.
