Our tomato sauce with garlic is made from fresh tomatoes, not from concentrate. Filter the ground tomatoes through sieves, thicken them by evaporating the water - do not add any thickeners. As a result, the sauce does not contain gluten.
Add Polish spices to the base prepared in this way: onion, garlic, basil, parsley and salt. We do not add sugar. The whole thing is tasted and ready to use immediately after opening the jar.
