Tomato sauce with olives 340g Crocus

We make tomato sauce with olives from fresh tomatoes, not from concentrate. Filter the ground tomatoes through sieves, thicken them by evaporating the water - do not add any thickeners. Thanks to this, ours does not contain gluten. Add black and green olives, onion, garlic, oregano, parsley and salt to the prepared base. Our sauce has no added sugar. The whole thing is tasted and ready to use immediately after opening the jar.
