Oblea light is a traditional Silesian product, baked from the highest quality ingredients. It is extremely thin, light and crispy.
Oblea are composed mainly of complex carbohydrates and some protein. The addition of rapeseed oil increases their health values, because it contains unsaturated omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and oleic acid, which have a positive effect on the heart, circulatory system and cholesterol.
