DESCRIPTION
Organic Udon noodles made from 100% wheat. Delicious Japanese spaghetti, great with European cuisine. Ideal for soups (e.g. miso), salads, and wok dishes.
PREPARATION METHOD
Bring water to a boil, add pasta and cook for 10-11 minutes. Strain the udon noodles in a colander and rinse with cold water.
