Non-concentrate vinegar, unpasteurised. Acidity: 5%. Contains natural sediment. Shake well before consumption.
Apple cider vinegar is made according to the traditional recipe of Karl and Margaret Voelkel. Yeast fermentation of juice from freshly squeezed apples from a biodynamic orchard is carried out. Then acetic fermentation is carried out. Pour ready unfiltered and unpasteurized vinegar into bottles. It is cloudy because it contains all the ingredients naturally formed during the process.
