Viridkid Multivitamin and Minerals from Viridian is a multivitamin with minerals for children, without unnecessary additives such as sugar, aspartame, saccharin or other sweeteners. It doesn't even contain fructose! It contains only vitamins and minerals necessary in your child's daily diet, which have been enclosed in an easy to swallow capsule made without the addition of pork gelatin - which means that the multivitamin can be consumed by vegans and vegetarians. 

INGREDIENTS
capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; mineral ascorbate mix (containing: vitamin C, calcium, magnesium), iron, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, zinc, D salina karetenoid mix (containing beta carotene, cryptoxanthin, alpha carotene, zeaxanthin, lutein), vitamin E, choline, potassium, inositol, vitamin B2, copper, manganese, vitamin B6, biotin, vitamin B1, iodine, folic acid, selenium, vitamin K, chromium, vitamin D, molybdenum, vitamin B12.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
With water:
children 4-6 years one capsule a day,
children 7-13 years two capsules a day,
children 14+ three capsules a day.

Note: ViridiKid capsules are very small and easy to swallow. They can also be divided into two parts - and if the need arises, you can open the capsule to pour the children with a meal, juice or smoothies.
Viridian Dietary supplements do not contain commonly used fillers and anti-caking agents. Mostly they are produced on the basis of spirulina, alfalfa and blueberry, which further enriches their composition.
