Meatless Kabanosy is a product that we have been working on for almost a year. Like all our new products, kabanos sausages are also based on a combination of pea and wheat proteins. As the name says, we aimed at the classics - so the taste is salty and peppery with a hint of caraway. We subjected them to natural smoking and drying processes so that they were as good as their prototypes.
