VITAL FIBER - SEED MIXTURE

The seed mix has a high fiber content, which is a very important ingredient
every diet. It supports the daily work of our digestive system,
while increasing satiety.

Usage: The product is ready for consumption after preparation.
2-3 teaspoons of product pour a glass of juice or water, let stand for about 20 minutes,
then drink. When consuming the product, drink plenty of water - co
at least 2l of fluid per day. It should be taken twice a day: morning and evening
before meals.

Not for infants and young children. Do not use in people who have previously had gastrointestinal surgery.
