Vitamin A helps in maintaining normal vision, and also helps maintain normal skin condition. It also has an impact on increasing the absorption of vitamins D and K. It is also a powerful antioxidant that helps remove free radicals from our body. Vitamin D3 helps in maintaining healthy bones and the proper functioning of the immune system. Vitamin K2 helps in maintaining healthy bones and contributes to normal clotting. Vitamin K2 and D3 work synergistically. RECOMMENDED DAILY CONSUMPTION
Recommended portion for consumption during the day - 5 drops: 800 μg vit. A (100% RWS *), 2000 IU D3 = 50 μg vit. D3 (1000% RWS *) and 75 μg vit. K2 (100% RWS *).
