Vitamin B2, i.e. riboflavin, has various functions in the body: it enhances immune processes and is essential for the proper functioning of the eyesight and nervous system. One of the most common symptoms of riboflavin deficiency are cracks in the corners of the mouth, called perleche.
Riboflavin is necessary for the secretion of cortisol, which is a hormone with anti-inflammatory properties. The most important role of vitamin B2 in the body is its participation in the processes of oxidation and reduction. It also participates in the formation of enzymes that activate the process, as well as hormones and hemoglobin. It takes part in the production of tissue hormones acting locally, but regulating processes important for the whole organism, incl. blood pressure, muscle spasms and heart beat.

HOW TO USE:
Take 1 capsule a day. Wash down with water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.
