P-5-P (pyridoxal 5-phosphate) is the active coenzymatic form of vitamin B6. The bioactive form of P-5-P has a higher yield, confirmed by research, with an increase in the total content of the active form of the substance in the blood, compared to other forms. The preparation contains a maximum portion of 18 mg of vitamin B6 in the active form of P-5-P. All ingredients were enclosed in a capsule made of vegetable cellulose without dyes. Vitamin B6 helps in: proper synthesis of cysteine, proper functioning of the nervous system, proper production of red blood cells, proper functioning of the immune system, reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
