DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1-4 drops (500-2000 IU) daily with a glass of water. Shake well before use. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Intake of vitamin D may increase the body's need for magnesium.
