Vitamin D3 helps with the absorption and use of calcium. Its appropriate level in the mother's body is closely related to providing the right amount of calcium necessary for the mineralization of the skeletal system of the developing child. Vitamin D3 is also important for the health of a future mother and a nursing mother. It has a positive effect, among others, on the health of her bones, muscular and immune systems.
The team of the Polish Gynecological Society recommends vitamin D3 supplementation at a dose of 2,000 IU to women from the moment of planning a child to breastfeeding.
The product does not contain, among others, artificial fillers, preservatives, sweeteners.

INGREDIENTS
MCT oil, beef gelatin, humectant: glycerol, vitamin D (cholecalciferol from lanolin).

HOW TO USE
Take 1 capsule once a day with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body. Before using the product, it is recommended to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult its result with a doctor or pharmacist. It is not recommended to consume more than 50 µg of vitamin D per day from various sources.
