The product is a high quality vitamin D3 obtained naturally from lanolin (sheep's wool). Vitamin D is a substance found in several forms. There are two types of vitamin D1 (calciferol), D2 (ergocalciferol) and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Vitamin D3 contained in the product is found in both human and animal skin tissue (it is synthesized in the skin under the influence of sunlight). The metabolic effect of various forms of vitamin D is similar in that they differ in different types of plasma protein. The effect of this is that vitamin D3 works longer and with higher efficiency than other forms. Vitamin D is responsible for calcium and phosphorus metabolism in the body. It has a close relationship with the functioning of the whole organism, e.g. stimulates the immune system, affects the proper structure of bones and teeth, reducing the risk of fractures and acts on muscle strength.

INGREDIENTS
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol from lanolin) - 2000 IU, microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), calcium phosphate (acidity regulator, magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent).

1 tablet contains: Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) - 50mcg (1000% ZDS *)

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
tablet a day. Drink with water. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children.
