Holistic BenStark is a complex of vitamins and minerals in the form of one preparation. Vitamins K2 and D3 are synergistic substances that affect our body. Their spectrum of activity is broad. Vitamin D3 is produced in the body during sunlight, but it is often deficient in our climate. Responsible for calcium and phosphorus metabolism in the body. Vitamin K2 has a beneficial effect on blood clotting. Together with vitamin D, it cooperates in creating and renewing healthy strong bones and teeth. Magnesium content helps reduce fatigue, maintain electrolyte balance, strong bones and teeth, and also supports the muscular system and mental functions. Zinc affects all basic life processes. It participates, among others, in the mineralization of the skeletal system, affects the work of the immune system and the amount of vitamin A. Boron affects our concentration, increases reaction time, ability to remember and increases motor coordination. Manganese contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism - affects the activation of enzymes involved in the metabolism of sugars, fats and proteins, as well as helps maintain normal sugar levels.

INGREDIENTS:
Magnesium citrate; bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose); L-ascorbic acid; zinc citrate; calcium citrate; Manganese L-aspartate; copper (II) citrate; sodium borate; vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7); sodium molybdate; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol); anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide). The capsule is of plant origin, consists of wood cellulose.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
