Type 2000 organic wheat flour is a wholemeal flour, i.e. it comes from the whole milling of whole grain of common wheat. It gives a dry taste, hence it is perfect for baking wholemeal bread, for thickening vegetable and legume pates and for making wholemeal pasta.
