A METHOD OF PREPARING
Whey drink:
1. Dissolve 3 flat tablespoons (approx. 25 g) in 250 ml of lukewarm or cold water. Use a mixer or shaker to prepare the drink. For a fuller taste of the drink, water can be replaced with milk or fruit added.
2. Add gradually to the daily diet, for the first 2-3 days it is advisable to use half the recommended dose (i.e. 1.5 tablespoons per 125 ml).
3. Whey drink is an advisable element of the diet always in combination with a quality-balanced, balanced and rational nutrition. For example, it is recommended to eat a sufficient amount of vegetables, fruits, lean meat, low fat dairy products and whole grain breads.
