DESCRIPTION
Organic white beans are a known and willingly used legume. Is an excellent source of fiber and vegetable protein. We recommend it for soups, stews (excellent with vegetables), pates and pastes.
METHOD OF PREPARING
pre-soaked at least 12 hours and rinsed beans, cook until soft in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Salt only until the end of cooking.
