DESCRIPTION
Type 2000 organic rye flour is a wholemeal flour, i.e. it comes from the complete milling of whole rye grain. We recommend it for baking dark rye bread (very compact consistency), mixed bread, pasta dough, for making sour rye soup and for thickening vegetable pates.
