DESCRIPTION

Organic whole-grain round rice is characterized by a specific aroma and smell which harmonizes with many dishes. It retains all valuable ingredients found in the husk, making it more valuable than hulled grains. Round rice is recommended for risotto dishes, rice casseroles and salads.

PREPARATION METHOD

Boil the previously washed rice in a 1: 2 ratio (1 serving of rice for 2 servings of water) on low heat for about 35 min.
