DESCRIPTION

Organic wholemeal spelt porridge is obtained from whole grain spelt. We recommend as an ingredient in puddings, leguminum, for thickening soups and sauces, as well as for preparing porridges on milk with fruit.

METHOD OF PREPARING

porridges on milk:boil 1/2 l of milk, pour 3 tablespoons of porridge into the boiling milk. Cook for about 15 minutes. stirring occasionally.
