Rosehip is mainly known for its high content of vitamin C. It also contains vitamins E, K, B1, B2, B3 (PP), B6, essential oils and fiber. They are also a source of organic acids, natural sugars, macroelements (P, K, Ca, Mg) and microelements (Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn). Rosehip oil supplements the diet with omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9 fatty acids.
Rosehip has a positive effect on the immune system thanks to the vitamins contained, and especially a large dose of vitamin C. In addition, vitamin C is involved in the formation of collagen, thanks to which it will also have a positive effect on the skeletal system and skin. Rosehip oil has anti-hypulatory properties, and thus an antioxidant effect, which reduces free radicals in the body and can inhibit aging processes. Contained omega acids have a positive effect on the circulatory and nervous systems. They can contribute to strengthening of blood vessels, support the proper functioning of the cardiovascular system and improve memory and concentration.

Rosehip oil (Rosa canina) cold pressed, unrefined. One capsule contains 0.4 g oil and 0.002 g agar.
