Lamium album is a plant from the Lamiaceae family. It is a plant that grows in Poland. It has white flowers with a distinctive flavor. The leaves resemble nettle leaves. Luminaria leaves are used in gastronomy, they are especially popular in Scandinavian countries.

INGREDIENTS
100% dried, crushed white nettle flower (Lamium album)

APPLICATION
Pour 1 tablespoon of the product into 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml). Brew, covered, 5 minutes. Drain. Drink 1 glass of infusion twice a day. The infusion can be sweetened with honey.
2 g of the product is a daily portion for consumption.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
