DESCRIPTION
Organic wholemeal rye noodles made from Type 2000 wholemeal rye flour, ground on stone burrs.
One 400 g pack is a tasty lunch for a family of four.

PREPARATION METHOD
Boil a sufficient amount of water (3l per packet of pasta) salted freely. Add a little vegetable fat (oil).
Gradually add the pasta and cook until soft enough (about 10 minutes).
Then set aside from heat, pour cold water, drain.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a dry and ventilated place.
