DESCRIPTION

Organic yellow lentils have a very delicate taste. It tends to break down after cooking, so it's great as an addition to soups or stews. It is also perfect for stew dishes. It can be used to prepare sandwich spreads or stuffing for filling dumplings, croquettes, patties and even meat roasts.

METHOD OF PREPARING

Boil the previously washed lentils in a 1: 2 ratio (1 serving of lentils for 2 servings of water) for approx. 25 min. Salt at the end of cooking.
