Description

Organic yellow peas are mainly used in traditional dishes such as peas or Christmas peas with cabbage and mushrooms. It is an excellent source of vegetable protein. We also recommend soups, single-table dishes, as filling for dumplings, bread pastes, pates.

HOW TO PREPARE

Previously soaked a few hours and rinsed peas boil until soft in fresh, unsoiled water about 45 minutes. We salt peas only at the end of cooking.
