DESCRIPTION
Yerba mate is a blend of yerba mate and specially selected ingredients that are known for their relaxing properties.
Yerba mate will add vitality and energy, while hawthorn, lemon balm and hop cones are described in the literature as reducing the effects of stress and helping people suffering from sleep problems.
It is a perfect mix to relax after a hard day's work.

PREPARATION METHOD
Pour into the dish (preferably matero) dried to fill 2/3 of its volume.
Insert the filter tube. Pour water at approx. 80 ° C. Wait 10 minutes, do not mix!
For beginners, we recommend brewing a much smaller amount (30g), e.g. in a brewer, this amount per day is enough to achieve the described effects.
