DESCRIPTION
Yerba mate Guaraná power is a composition worthy of a real yerba-man. The power of dried leaves of the ecological Paraguayan holly was enhanced by the stimulating effect of guarana (up to 2.5%). We have achieved a wonderful, fresh taste and aroma due to the addition of dried lemongrass. Guaraná power is not artificially flavored!

PREPARATION METHOD
Brewing method: Pour into the dish (preferably mattress) dried so that it fills 2/3 of its volume. Insert the bombilla (filter tube). Pour water at approx. 80 ° C. Wait 10 minutes, do not mix! For beginners, we recommend brewing a much smaller amount (three tablespoons) e.g. in a brewer, this amount per day is enough to achieve the described effects. Remember that a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are very important!
