YOUNG BARLEY (ground dried grass)

Barley is an annual plant that has different stages of growth. In the first stage, barley resembles thick, fresh, light green grass. Then the leaves of young barley leaves contain the most nutrients and are used to make juice or powder suitable for supplements. Not recommended for infants and young children.

Usage: 1-2 teaspoons of young barley powder. Mix in 200ml of water or fruit juice. It is best to drink 20 minutes before eating. You can also add to yogurt or muesli. It is recommended to drink 2 glasses a day.

May contain traces of mustard, soy, celery, milk, eggs, gluten.
