DESCRIPTION
Ecological soybean granules are skimmed soy flour subjected to an extrusion process. It is characterized by a high content of protein and dietary fiber. It is a perfect substitute for meat, so it can be used as an ingredient of stuffing for cabbage rolls, dumplings, spaghetti sauce, soups, pastes or as a filling for vegetables.

A METHOD OF PREPARING
Pour boiling water over the granules and let them brew, covered, for a few minutes. When it gets swollen, add herbs or spices. It can also be roasted in a pan and then used for cooking.
