DESCRIPTION
Organic wholemeal couscous is obtained from whole grain semolina flour. We recommend as an addition to main dishes, stewed vegetables, casseroles and salads.

PREPARATION METHOD
couscous should be boiled in a 1: 1 ratio for about 5-7 min. It can also be prepared by pouring boiling water and allowing it to completely absorb water.
