DESCRIPTION
Freeze drying is one of the methods of drying food. This process removes water from previously frozen material. Due to the specificity of this method, the obtained product, i.e. lyophilisate, retains almost all the nutritional values of the raw material. Rose hips are extremely rich in nutrients and antioxidants. The use of low temperature allows for the best preservation of vitamins, including vitamin C, carotenoids, unsaturated fatty acids and other compounds naturally occurring in rose hips. 1 teaspoon of freeze-dried rose hips is as much as 80 mg of vitamin C.

Freeze-dried rose hips are a source of natural vitamin C that will help in:
