DESCRIPTION

Organic soybeans are one of the most popular Asian products. It is perfect as an addition to stew dishes, soups, vegetable and meat dishes, salads. Minced soya beans are ideal for flour dishes, pastes, chops. Soybeans contain a high protein content and form the basis of a vegetarian and vegan diet.

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Previously soaked for at least 8 hours in soy, boil in lightly salted water in a ratio of 1: 2.5 (1 portion of soybeans for 2.5 portions of water) for about 60 min.
