Sesame oil is obtained from carefully selected roasted sesame seeds. It has rich aromatic and taste qualities. Due to the characteristic sharp taste and intense aroma is one of the basic ingredients of Asian cuisine. Ideally suited to salads, salads, sauces and dips. Sesame oil is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fats. Replacing unsaturated fat in the diet helps maintain normal cholesterol levels.
