DESCRIPTION

Organic wholemeal couscous is obtained from whole grain semolina flour. We recommend it as an addition to main dishes, stewed vegetables, casseroles and salads.

METHOD OF PREPARING

couscous should be boiled in a 1: 1 ratio for about 5-7 min. It can also be prepared by pouring boiling water and allowing it to completely absorb water.
